USTB now Enabled for Peer-to-Peer Transfers

May 14, 2024

By Superstate

Superstate has enabled the USTB token contract to allow for onchain, peer-to-peer transfers of USTB. Investors who have met the Fund’s onboarding requirements can now transfer USTB to and from Ethereum addresses that are on the USTB Allowlist.

Peer-to-peer transfers of USTB further demonstrate the value of tokenization for traditional assets by unlocking onchain use cases for USTB investors, such as portable collateral for intraday margin or settlement in secondary market transactions. We’re excited for USTB investors to take advantage of this new functionality as USTB continues to evolve.

USTB is a tokenized share of the Superstate Short Duration U.S. Government Securities Fund, a private fund only available to Qualified Purchasers in permissible jurisdictions. All transfers are subject to restrictions and limitations imposed by the Securities Act of 1933, the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and regulations thereunder.
