Create your account and set up a new organization. To join an existing organization, ask a team member for an invitation, and do not submit this form.

Organization type

Both accredited and unaccredited investors can create a Superstate account and access offerings. However, only accredited investors can invest in Superstate funds.

Individual

No minimums for unaccredited investors. To access Superstate funds you must be a qualified purchaser with $5M in personal invested assets.

Institution

No minimums for unaccredited investors. To access Superstate funds you must be a qualified purchaser with $25M in invested assets.

Organization nickname

Create a nickname for your parent organization

Legal entity name

Use the name of the legal entity that will invest in Superstate funds. This can be updated later when you submit your investing entity application.
